Shipping policy

Please note that initially on checkout the postage will default to domestic cost. This will change once you add your delivery address

We post to anywhere in Australia and New Zealand. If you are outside these regions and wish to purchase please contact us with a list of your items and your location, and we can certainly work out your shipping charges

Australia Post is the postal service of choice for all orders both domestic and international. If you have another preference please contact us and we will see what we can do

Shipping prices are calculated by weight, no matter the destination

Any overseas customs fees, taxes or other charges are the responsibility of the customer

Once the parcel has been posted, Giant Owl Studio can no longer take responsibility for it’s journey or condition. We can just hope your arty goodies make their way to you as fast and as in perfect condition as possible. We will let you know once they are on their way. Australia Post should send you a tracking number

For domestic parcels please allow 4-6 working days for delivery, just to give Aussie Post the benefit of the doubt

For international parcels, please allow 2-3 weeks for delivery. Remember that we are a long way from anywhere here, but fingers crossed you will be pleasantly surprised and the parcel kangaroos will be delivering extra swiftly that week

We will keep you up to date with any additional notifications as they come in

It is up to the customer to ensure that their delivery address is correct at the time of purchase. Any corrections must be submitted prior to receiving the dispatched email from Giant Owl Studio

Should an order be undeliverable, and be returned to us, we will attempt to contact you to discuss what you would like to do

If your parcel has been marked as delivered, but you did not receive it and believe it to be stolen, please contact your local law enforcement. Giant Owl Studio is not responsible for any parcels once they have been dispatched
